Great and incredible location, we were right next to center of the city. Café Udderlicious Milkshake Bar located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The hotel facilities are impressive, with a beautiful garden and secure parking on the premises. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast pack was a pleasant surprise to take away.

the place was clean, i booked the chalet with views of garden, everything was very good. the location of the hotel was nice - within a close distance from dullstroom on the dam. the venue was a comfortable place for enjoying a lovely area.

The communal lounge area was consistently occupied by staff, leaving us with no option but to stay confined to our room. The noise level was excessive, making it difficult to relax.

Moreover, the hotel's location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of the main street and restaurants, allowing for easy access to all the attractions on top of the hill. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Additionally, the little breakfast bags with treats upon departure were a delightful surprise, adding a lovely touch to our stay.
